Named after the Humane Fire Company No. 1, the historic 1800s firehouse that Five Saints calls home.
Inspired by our founder’s Upstate NY childhood memories of running wild with a band of brothers and cousins in the 60s and 70s.
The countryside smell of sweet maple trees and homemade syrup, his grandma's butter pecan pie, and bourbon made by his uncles "out back" ... this rum has been meticulously developed to capture that essence. Using family secrets, premium ingredients, and precision small-batch distilling, we are proud to present you with Humane No.1 Rum.
